Building a new home is exciting — but it also comes with thousands of decisions, often made faster than you expect. From the first conversation with your builder to the final coat of paint, every choice affects the look, feel, and flow of your home. Without a plan in place, it’s easy to get stuck making costly choices that don’t work together in the long run.

​At Bee Cee & Company, we believe the key to a home that feels beautiful and timeless is a coordinated plan that considers the whole house. Many of the most expensive mistakes homeowners make come down to color and finish selections made too quickly or out of order. By creating your plan up front, you’ll have confidence in every choice along the way — and peace of mind knowing your home will feel pulled together for years to come.

This package is available following an in-person design consultation. At that appointment, we’ll walk through your plans, talk through your vision and priorities, and begin building a plan that fits your style and home. Your consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of this package.

Timeline

Your selections package will arrive in your inbox within 20–24 business days after your in-person consultation and once we’ve received your completed information.

What You’ll Receive

Your New Build Custom Selections Package will include a curated presentation, delivered by email, with photos, product sources, and design notes. We’ll also guide you through the logical order of decisions — so you’ll always know what to choose first, what follows, and how each finish ties into the next.

We source products that are widely available at mid-range or budget-friendly price points, with an emphasis on colors and finishes that create a timeless, cohesive look. Whenever possible, we’ll provide at least two options for each selection.

If an item isn’t available online, you’ll still have the names, images, and samples you can take to your local suppliers to find a comparable option.

How It Works

Discovery & Photos – We’ll meet in person to get to know you, your plans, and your vision. (Service areas include Cabarrus, Iredell, Mecklenburg, Rowan, and Union counties.)
Selections & Guidance – Together, we’ll create a coordinated finish plan for your entire home — from kitchen details to whole-house paint colors.
Your Custom New Build Plan – You’ll receive a clear package with finishes, notes, and sourcing links where available, ready to implement through your builder and local suppliers.

Design Consultation Guarantee

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you have concerns about the recommendations, simply share them with us along with photos of your testing, and we’ll revise the selections.

Refund Policy for Unused Consultations

If situations change, we are committed to client satisfaction. If within 90 days of your purchase — and prior to submitting your information — you change your mind, we’ll provide a refund less a 5% or $30 minimum administrative fee. After 90 days, or once you’ve initiated the consultation process, we can no longer provide a refund.
