Our online color consultations begin with a simple questionnaire and photos you provide. This helps us understand your style, preferences, and what you want to avoid. We rely on your cell phone photos during the consultation. In fact, smartphone images taken in natural light often capture undertones more accurately than the human eye — allowing us to see your space clearly, just as if we were there in person.
By following my simple photo guidelines, you’ll capture the details I need to see the undertones in your space. From there, I’ll guide you through a straightforward testing process that ensures the colors we land on are not only accurate but also a beautiful fit for your home.
If you’re in the process of building, you’ll simply send me your elevations and preferences instead.
While this method does require a little hands-on effort, it gives you the satisfaction of being part of the process while still benefiting from professional guidance. After your consult, we’ll ship large color card samples from Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore via FedEx so you can view the colors in your home with confidence.

We have over two decades of experience with spatial planning, interior decorating, color, and residential construction. There are many ways to get help with decorating your home, but not all professionals are trained in color. As both a Certified True Color Consultant and a RIDQC-certified residential designer, we bring experience in both color and design.
We serve Cabarrus, Rowan, Iredell, and Mecklenburg counties. We do occasionally meet with clients outside of our service area for an additional fee.
